(a) Obtain 40
credits from compulsory courses labelled CM. (See list of
courses at BCT Course Table LLMCBL-Appendix 1) Notes: (1) Courses
form excluded combinations with other courses. Only one of the courses in an excluded
combination can count towards a single OUHK award. Students should refer to the list of
excluded combinations at http://www.ouhk.edu.hk/excluded_combination
for the list of courses that form excluded combinations.
(2) The
Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law programme will be phased out with
effect from October 2014 semester.
The last conferment of the programme will be December 2019. ******************************************* (a) 修畢CM類別的科目，取得40學分。 (可供修讀的科目見整體學分承認科目表LLMCBL-Appendix 1) 備註: (1) 兩個或多個科目可以構成不可兼修的科目組合。同一組合內的科目不得同時計算入一項學術資格所需的總學分之內。同學需到以下網頁http://www.ouhk.edu.hk/excluded_combination閱覽最新的不可兼修的科目組合表。
(2) 中國商法法律碩士將於二○一四年十月起停辦。本校於二○一九年十二月前仍繼續頒授中國商法法律碩士學位。 |
