Top-Up Courses 尚須選修科目	(a) Obtain 40 credits from the compulsory courses labelled CM; (b) Obtain 10 credits from courses labelled OM. (See list of courses at BCT Course Table MCG-Appendix 1) Notes: (1) Courses form excluded combinations with other courses. Only one of the courses in an excluded combination can count towards a single HKMU award. Students should refer to the list of excluded combinations at https://www.hkmu.edu.hk/admissions/distance-learning/excluded-combinations/ for the list of courses that form excluded combinations. (2) Students who successfully completed FIN B883, are deemed to have completed FIN B862. However, FIN B883 may only be counted as 5 credits against the MCG prorgramme requirements. (3) The Master of Corporate Governance programme has been phased out with effect from 2022 Autumn term. The last conferment of the programme will be December 2027. ******************************************* (a) 修畢 CM 類別的科目，取得 40 學分。 (b) 選修OM 類別的科目，取得 10 學分。 (可供修讀的科目見整體學分承認科目表 MCG-Appendix 1) 備註: (1) 兩個或多個科目可以構成不可兼修的科目組合。同一組合內的科目不得同時計算入一項學術資格所需的總學分之內。同學需到以下網頁https://www.hkmu.edu.hk/admissions/distance-learning/excluded-combinations/ 閱覽最新的不可兼修的科目組合表。 (2) 已修畢 FIN B883 的學生，會視同已修畢 FIN B862。惟校方只計算 FIN B883 其中 5 學分入此碩士課程。 (3) 企業管治碩士課程已於二○二二年秋季學期停辦。本校於二○二七年十二月前仍會繼續頒授企業管治碩士學位。
