Top-Up Courses 尚須選修科目	(a) Complete CLESMCF or CLESMC or CLECMCF; (b) Complete 40 credits of compulsory courses, i.e., LESM A201, LESM A204, LESM A304 and either LESM A301 or LESM A305; (c) Obtain 30 credits from courses labelled BHH; (d) Obtain 20 credits from other courses in the BCT Course Table LESM2-Appendix 1, of which at least 5 credits must be at Middle level or above. [See list of courses at the BCT Course Table (LESM2-Appendix 1) attached] Notes: (1) Courses form excluded combinations with other courses. Only one of the courses in an excluded combination can count towards a single HKMU award. Students should refer to the list of excluded combinations at https://www.hkmu.edu.hk/admissions/distance-learning/excluded-combinations/ for the list of courses that form excluded combinations. (2) CLESMCF comprises LESM A205CF, LESM A206CF and 15 credits from the course “Studies in Professional Policing”. (3) CLESMC comprises LESM A205CF, LESM A206CF and the HKPF’s Recruit Police Constable Foundation Training Course which is deemed to be equivalent to 15 credits of study at the OUHK. (4) The course “Studies in Professional Policing” shall not be included in the list of courses required for honours classification calculation. (5) CLECMCF comprises LESM A208CF, LESM A209CF and 15 credits from the course “Professional Studies”. (6) The course “Professional Studies” shall not be included in the list of courses required for honours classification calculation. (7) Of the top-up courses required for the attainment of the degree, students can choose no more than 50 credits of courses in a language of instruction other than English, including the CLESMCF or CLESMC or CLECMCF. (8) The programmes of Bachelor of Social Sciences in Law Enforcement and Security Management (Pathway 2) and Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Law Enforcement and Security Management (Pathway 5) (with CLESMCF or CLESMC or CLECMCF) have been phased out with effect from 2023 Spring term. The last conferment of the programmes will be December 2027. ************************************************ (a) 修畢執法及保安管理證書或執法及保安管理證書 (中文) (兼讀面授)或執法及海關管理證書(中文)； (b) 修畢 LESM A201， LESM A204， LESM A304 及 LESM A301 或 LESM A305兩科其中一科，取得 40 學分； (c) 選修BHH 類別的科目，取得 30 學分； (d) 選修整體學分承認科目表 LESM2-Appendix 1 的其他科目，取得 20 學分，其中最少 5 學分須選自中級程度或以上的科目。 (可供修讀的科目見整體學分承認科目表LESM2-Appendix 1) 備註： (1) 兩個或多個科目可以構成不可兼修的科目組合。同一組合內的科目不得同時計算入一項學術資格所需的總學分之內。同學需到以下網頁https://www.hkmu.edu.hk/admissions/distance-learning/excluded-combinations/閱覽最新的不可兼修的科目組合表。 (2) 執法及保安管理證書包括LESM A205CF， LESM A206CF 及 “專業警務訓練” (15學分)三個科目。 (3) 執法及保安管理證書 (中文) (兼讀面授) 包括 LESM A205CF， LESM A206CF 及香港警察學警基礎訓練課程 (相等於香港公開大學 15 學分)。 (4) “專業警務訓練” 一科不列入可計算榮譽學位等級的科目。 (5) 執法及保安管理證書包括LESM A208CF， LESM A209CF及 “海關專業訓練” (15學分)三個科目。 (6) “海關專業訓練” 一科不列入可計算榮譽學位等級的科目。 (7) 在學生修讀的尚須選修科目當中，可包括不超過 50 學分 [包括計算入 (a) 項的執法及保安管理證書 (30 學分) 或執法及保安管理證書 (中文) (兼讀面授) (30學分)或執法及海關管理證書(中文) (30 學分)] 以非英語授課的科目。 (8) 執法及保安管理社會科學學士 (途徑二)及執法及保安管理榮譽社會科學學士課程 (途徑五) [持有執法及保安管理證書或執法及保安管理證書 (中文) (兼讀面授)或執法及海關管理證書(中文)]已於二○二三年春季學期停辦。本校於二○二七年十二月前仍會繼續頒授執法及保安管理社會科學學士及執法及保安管理榮譽社會科學學士學位。
